Sub-processors
Kotelab uses trusted service providers to operate, secure, support, and deliver the Kote product. A current sub-processor list is available to customers and prospective customers on request.
How we use service providers
Kotelab may use third-party service providers and sub-processors to support hosting, storage, communications, analytics, security, support, model inference, and other business or product operations.
We describe provider categories publicly to avoid exposing unnecessary implementation details while still giving enterprise customers a clear path to review the current list during procurement, security review, or contracting.
Provider categories may include
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
- Storage, logging, monitoring, and security service providers.
- Email delivery and business communications providers.
- Analytics and website performance providers.
- Model inference, AI processing, and product operations providers where applicable.
